Stratkit Army Intermediary

This package helps managing the lifecycle of intermediary armies, by attaching the proper tags to the entity to be cloned.

Intermediary entities were developed to address a specific need found mainly in S1914. When splitting armies that have different pathfinding constraints, a temporary entity should be created to perform the processing on it, and that entity should then be used instead until the process is completed.
